Crustless Swiss Chard Quiche
This a great- EASY recipe using chard or you may also use spinach.
serves 8, 1 quiche
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 bunch Swiss Chard, washed, dried. Trim ends. Roughly chop (leaving the stems intact)
